Ibis Mojo HD4 The HD4’s reputation was defined by winning the overall team title in the Enduro World Series. Built for speed, it excels on steep terrain. While slaying the rowdiest descents may be expected of a world class enduro bike, sprinting back to the top is not. Thanks to the dw-link suspension design, cries of “That thing flies uphill” are common among the slack jawed first time riders.

I have a confession. And I have lots of regrets about what I did. I am a Jew and I have participated in all of the giveaways this year, although (for me) Christmas is just a tree and and Santa is just a big fat guy with red and white clothes
@Trouterspace: Tough to say that Christmas as celebrated has Christian roots. Jesus was basically duct taped onto a bunch of European/Roman/pagan winter solstice rituals and traditions to make it more marketable.
On the twenty fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, Twenty four incredible Ibises, (wow) Twenty three glamorous Giro's, Twenty two proficient Proframes, Twenty one dynamic Dainese kits, Twenty super Stages, Nineteen prodigious Pro kits, Eighteen stupendous stems, Seventeen titanic Thules, Sixteen awesome Aircrafts, Fifteen glorious Guides, Fourteen thoughtful Topeaks, Thirteen jazzed-up Joysticks, Twelve vibrant Vectals, Eleven exceptional Enves, Ten cavernous CamelBaks, Nine overwhelming Öhlins, Eight One up ornaments, Seven perfect Parachutes, Six amazing AG2s, Five spectacular Stans, Four playful Polygons, Three breathtaking Braces, Two dashing DBXes, And SRAM Code stoppers in type arr ess cee
And that's a wrap! A little more lacklustre than last year and that's on me cause I was in a different time zone and was always late to post.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the Pinkbike community!
@DrPete Why? They are nothing special. You can pick up the same kind of brace at a Shoppers Drug Mart/Rexall, Walmart, equivalent etc... They are a VERY basic device. I have gone through several. I now have a custom made leather/carbon 'gauntlet' brace. The only time I wear the other brace is when I can't fit my gauntlet in the footwear.
I had 'reconstructive' surgery on my ankle though, so yeah... 2 plates, 12 screws, and some bone grafting... My needs may be different from yours...
That said; I would work on strengthening and mobility as much as possible whatever your case may be. Relying on the brace can do you more harm than good in the long term.
@m1dg3t: Totally unrelated to the killer prize giveaway, but I'm curious about your brace... I just got my own custom one, but it's only plastic and velcro straps. Yours sounds way cooler!
@m1dg3t: I had roughly the same amount of surgery two years back, and my question for you is; can you move your foot completely up and down? Mine only goes about 97% of the way up and down now, is it about the same for you? Mind you it feels as good as new these days, maybe just like the float has been blown out lol
To save anyone else looking, assuming it's USD, then it's XT spec they're giving away! They didn't even skimp and give us NX. Thanks for the generosity Ibis :-)
27.5? No one wants that wheel size anymore so you better just give this to me! I will look after it and feed it chain lube, grease and components as required. I promise to do a major service after each riding season.
I’ve already got a killer Enduro bike but if I win this it’s totally going to my local trail boss. Dude works as hard on trails as I do at my full time job and I’d love to hand this off to him.
@vinay: I think I used up my crazy luck this year winning a bike/rafting trip so your good luck and my bad would cancel each other out. I’m sure lm back to never winning anything now. Ha.
@DrPete: I won a pretty cool set of tools from Fiskars once. I bought a new house and needed a (manual) lawnmower so I bought theirs. They happened to have this campaign that if you buy something, you can participate in the prize draw. The main prize was a long weekend Finland (where Fiskars is from) but at this stage for me the second prize being a huge set of tools was more welcome. And I happened to win that one, so I was pretty happy. There is even a small saw I take along on rides after a storm to clear branches from the trail. As for this prize draw on PB, I don't find myself wanting much of what's on offer. Which is great actually, because it underlines that I'm happy with what I have now. And I should be. I received my new frame early May this year and I'm still excited about my new bike. So yeah, I call myself lucky. To have won what I want and not wanting to win anything right now .
Is there a list somewhere of everyone who won something from these give aways each year? I never win but its a big pool of interested people - just curious to see where in the world the Ibis gets shipped - Does pinkbike end up sending everything half way around the world?
It appears that if you click on the visit contest link above you can now see the winners of each prize again but not the last 5 days or so yet. You can click on the links for the individual prizes and see the winners and if you click on their names it will take you to their profile page so you can stalk, err I mean, see where they are from.... Was a wonderful giveaway this season and thanks Pinkbike and sponsors for making it happen... (Hope that was enough sucking up to win the bike!!!)
my incredible trek marlin 5 beginner hardtail unfortunately broke last summer after an attempted scrub off a huge table top, the rear derailleur flipped up and messed up the rear wheel, bearings and the frame, now the frame is cracked on the seat stay.
Rip Emma
tried to save up for a full susser, but i had to relocate and do all that jazz.
id probably race enduro on this bike, it will do a lot of good for me
Everyone needs this bike. I used to ride a Stumpy, which I thought was plenty, then I got an HD3 AND REALIZED that while any bike has wheels, they are not equal. I NEED an HD4, if I win I will ride like Zues and slay. The HD4 actually has a little know autopilot function...fact
It would be so sick to win this bike. I’ve been saving up for a new bike for a little over a year but this thing would shred. Whoever wins should hit me up with a good deal on their old bike.????. Keep shredding everyone!
How come they’ve just stopped announcing the winners after giving away the industry nine stem? It appears no one has won, or they just stopped posting the winners but did give it away? Anyone know what happened?
Dear Santa, I know i have been really naughty this year, but you have to forget all those stories for the good of the squirrels who live behind my house. That's the christmas spirit, you have the unique opportunity to offer them the best gift ever : the chance to spend the spring without the sound of my motorbike.
I swear in front of all the guy of PB that if you make me win this nice ibis, i will sell my honda. Think of how grateful all my neighbors will be. They will venerate you as the new true god. A unique opportunity to create the new church of Santa, gain more power an became the new world master. You won't have to enslave all the elves anymore. And finally with you new position, image all the bitches you will get. It will be the end of your secret meetings with the reindeers, i know you love the red-nosed...
Are you f*$(//g kidding me!!!! I just forgot once to come on pinkbike on all those 24 days and it's a F"&$*"G IBIS HD4 bike !!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I just need a rope and a chair!!
Pretty sure I'm not the only one that forgot to came here on the 24th though... How frustrating it is eehh!? Forget the family next year, I'm on pinkbike 24/24!
i wont have to fix my broken bearings, my fork, my entire front hub, my rear derrailleur, the derailleur hanger and my seatpost if i win this, otherwise i'm curious who woult win this beast
I demo'd the HD4 and Ripmo back to back a couple of months ago and hooooly shit this thing rips. I was NOT expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. Sign me the fuck up pinkbike!
it will be a dream to win this beautiful bike . in my country is really hard to find a good bike because they are so expensive . i hope i will win this joyful ride i can only dream of
When do we find out who the lucky bastards are? I assume that if I didn't get a grats email then it wasn't me. But merry f*cking Christmas either way and happy holidays to those who celebrate differently.
Maybe just maybe the mountain biking God's will look favourably on me ,Jesus I could even share it with my two boys! Thanks Pinkbike for all those years of pleasure????
I have not been naughty this year Santa, it has been nothing but nice for me. I know that you know Santa. So please please please bring this bike for Christmas.....
Wow I don’t haf any more bike and no money but I made a enduro bike for my son and hi ask my wen I ride back ☹️ Pls Santa help the passion for my son. Merry Christmas pinkbike crew
I'd love to win an Ibis HD3 to replace my aging original 2007 Ibis Mojo. Best of luck to everyone and happy festivus (Yule/Xmas/whichever you support).
My favourite birds are the supersmart Kea, the only groundliving parrots in the world. And they are a nuisance to the Kiwis... So, if you insist on giving an Ibis to me, know that I will rename it Arnold. Because I make no sense.
Please let me win this. . It would make up for the bike I didn't get last Christmas... And I would no longer feel guilty about expecting another disappointment in the big gift department this year...
@erictens: Not holier than thou. Just semantics. But guaranteed 99% of the people here don't need this bike. Myself included. Doesn't mean I don't want it!
I’ve test ridden it .. a trail bike, enduro rig, backcountry adventure bike whatever .. you name it. Does not feel like a 64.9 HTA!
Yes, any bike can do anything with a skilled rider at the helm.. I agree.. But this bike just feels plain awesome every time you ride it no matter where you go or what you are doing... it’s just a great bike to ride... same with the ripmo ..
@niconj: Appreciate the honesty. I probably would too. I have a 2018 Mach 6 Carbon XT build... with the DW link suspension it's almost the exact same bike... !
@Trouterspace: I'd be the 1% that would keep it. I've never ridden a full suss bike, nor could I ever afford one. On the flip side, I didn't get an e-mail from PB, so I guess I'm stuck with my hardtail..

We all have a wrong one.
Ho ho hoo!
that you are jew?

Happy 358th day of the 2018 year! ))
Yeah, well, for eveyone else too, don't torture yourself
And no I didn’t change my username just for the holidays.
Sanpete County eh? That was a pretty epic crash on the flume stepup that you put on Trailforks.
My son will be joining the Manti MTB team this year most likely!
You're well on your way to being Catholic! :-D
This atheist is also participating. No regrets!
Happy holidays everyone!
