 I'll be honest, I think the new Niner's are pretty good looking bikes. I do not love the kink near the headtube, but I do not hate it either. I of course think something like from Evil or Transition look better, but shoot I am not the best looker myself and I like to think I am still a real good time.

 There should be a new rule for Win It Wednesday: If Pinkbike finds that you listed the product as soon as you win it, they get to buy it back from you, free if all costs. Would prevent people who don't actually like the product from entering, I think it would give the few of us who actually like this bike a much larger chance of winning. (Obviously just a joke... Unless...)

 I would be so appreciative to win this. Been looking at niner a long time but just can't afford it right now. Have my hardtail upgraded as far as it can go and its time for a fs. Fingers crossed I can win! Good luck to everyone.

 Back in 1991 rocked a Shogun Ground Breaker w/ Tange Prestige, full XT, full rigid and Panaracer Smoke 700x45. Entered a couple of mnt bike races expert class a won about half of them. “Unfair advantage” was said - whatever.
I still have some of those 45mm smokes so would love to rock ‘em on my fancy pants prize (would go ghetto tubeless of course).

 @noakeabean: yeah I think I will probably get it. Do you know what driver the cassette mounts to and how the front derailleur mounts to the frame? I have an HG hub and there are no ISCG mounts or bolts on my BB shell to mount a bolt on derailleur.

 @imnotdanny: The cassette uses a standerd HG driver and the front derailuar mounts directly to the frame. If you want, I have a direct mount thing so you dont have to already have the mounting point brazen on your frame. If you know what I mean.

 @mior: you can take a loan out from your dad. My dad also took it a step farther and wrote up a contract and the whole deal. I pay monthly and started in January. Got a Kona Honzo and I am estimated to be payed up by the end of the year. I also can’t upgrade till I’m completely finished paying him back and I have to pay for service but that’s ok. It was worth it to upgrade off of his 20 year old Gary fisher bike.
