For this year the Crankworx Rotorua Downhill presented by Gull received a bit of a facelift and to say it got more challenging would be an understatement. With massive gaps and variable conditions, it will be interesting to see who can conquer this beast of a course and come out on top.

 agreed! She's very good at bridging the gap between Cathro's analytical approach and Tippie's stream of consciousness approach. Excellent take on it and very cool that she gives it her own spin instead of just replicating the other two. Solid recruitment there Pinkbike - well played.

And tandem DH? That takes next level commitment imho

 Yeah she's killing it. Camera angles were also on point, those POV shots somehow brought out the steepness of the track significantly better than the riders' POV did.

 Dude, my thoughts exactly while watching this video--Christina is great! She's funny, knows her stuff (and the riders), and is a natural in front of the camera

 tandem off roading ---- that's hard core I had a cross tandem and it's tough to do off road with it. roadie tandem you can get hauling but off road takes a lot more skill

 The riders have to huck the big drop over the root @3:12 to have a chance to win. Way slower pumping it or doing the go around.
