A year ago, Emilie Siegenthaler was looking ahead to a winter of rehab. A huge crash at Crankworx Whistler had torn her ACL and brought an abrupt end to a great season. Always pragmatic, Emilie took it in stride and leaned in hard to the work that needed to be done.

The result? 2017 has been her best season yet, with four trips to the podium and every result in the top 10. Now, she's got a new edit and is looking forward to the 2017 World Championships in Cairns.

When she's not on the World Cup circuit, Emilie is usually found training in her home country of Switzerland. Verbier is the perfect place to hit the steeps.

After a winter of rehab Emilie is back in action during round one of the Crankworx series. After a week of hard racing she knew that all of her efforts over the winter had really paid off.
Emilie's first DH race of the year was a great confirmation and confidence builder, knowing that her knee was strong and she was fit. Rotorua Crankworx.
