Right outside of the quiet town of Falls City, Oregon lies a trail system that you wouldn't expect. Black Rock is home to fast and flowy descents, ladders, and road gaps. I put together this video with Matt Moore during one afternoon's worth of filming on an Oregon winter day when there was, surprisingly, no rain! Enjoy!

This is one of the best places ever to ride. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good decent size jumps with minimal brake bumps. Its a push but I think it is well worth it because it keeps the traffic down and the trails pristine.

If you really wanted to keep traffic down you wouldn't highly recommend it.

BRMBA crew is the best! Always see them up their to maintain this wonderland that is Blackrock. It is one of those places where when you ride it you can see progression and skills building. If ever in Oregon you must go no question!

Yep, we got it made here in Orygun! The dirt at Blackrock is the stuff of dreams, and the BRMBA crew is so radical! It's so cool to be able to call that place home!

Right on guys great edit. I had the pleasure of riding here while they filmed all of that. Stopped to watch them film the step-up for a bit. Great have to haul a$$ into that thing!! Can't wait to go back there and ride again.

Believe it or not that step up is not bad to hit. They fix the cheese grater drop above it yet? If you roll the cheesegrater scrub the brakes a c*nthair before the stump jump and just commit you'll almost overshoot it. Landed halfway down the wood tranny first time I hit it.

Good to know thanks! I plan on hitting it, didn't last weekend though. It really doesn't look bad except just gotta commit to it. The drop up above is still under construction. Matt was coming in from above and just pedaling that top section.

Deep green trees, rich dirt, Blackrock must be one of the most cinematographic forests around.

So nice, I logged in to say I watched it twice! Home State represented properly, thank you Matt Moore.

BRMBA is doing a donation of time or money to put 30+ more miles of trails in. I live in roseburg OR and this place is amazing it is well worth the 3 hour drive. Every one should go to and check them out.

Always love seeing a sick edit done of Blackrock. ET has to be one of the nicest jumps I have ever hit.

Love this place. The BRMBA guys have always been really helpful to non-locals and there trails are sick. Kirby keeps it real for travelers too.

Black rock is such a rad zone that I've honestly contemplated going back to finish a PhD at OSU just to spend more time there.
