Video: Matt MacDuff Shows Remy Metailler 'Big Ed' - A Double Black Trail in Vernon
On our way back from Panorama we stopped in Vernon to check out Big Ed, a mythic trail of the area. Matt MacDuff known for his streets parts and now his shredding on bigger bikes leads me down this long and fun ride.
Big shout to Tourism Vernon for having us and the local trail association and volounteers for the rad network of singletrack.

I paraglide off Big Eddy. You can fly to mara lake or Revelstoke from there. There is a paragliding school run by Norm in the valley called Paraglide Canada if you want to hook up with locals and fly the area.

Excellent climb also from Kal Lake to the top of Big Ed courtesy of local cycling club NOCS.

Great spot of a post-ride swim (Kalamalka Lake) if you ride all the way to the bottom

man love this trail, i must do for sure, long climb but fantastic decent, amazing views for sure
