Fernie,Golden,Revelstoke,kimberley. I did a similar trip to him last year also but added 4-5 more city's then the ones I just listed.

@sixohfourx: I can guess the location based on surroundings too... but did you hit those particular trails? And if so can you DM if it's such a secret. I see a lot of posts in local FB group with photos and videos and people CLAIMING it is secret... while going to their profile on Strava shows you exactly what they rode and it is no secret at all.
