Revel in the Chaos started with the simple motive of creating something that was purely ours. This is nothing more then a passion project to me. It's exciting for myself to create something fresh with a great mind like Rupert Walker. Brandon Semenuk |
Creatively, this is a project that pushes the boundaries of what's considered acceptable in mountain bike filmmaking. Every day we see mountain bike videos that are exactly the same, made with the same filmmaking formula, it's hard to tell one video from the next. ''Revel In The Chaos'' is that crack in the pavement. It's a different way of thinking about riding and showcasing it. Rupert Walker |

I understand that from a promotional and sponsorship point of view @troyleedesigns that it is a necessary evil and a realistic thing in the commercial world that teasers etc need to be put out to garner interest but at the same time there needs to be a balance of just how much of the ACTUAL movie is shown.
Movies such as Life Cycles or the Earthed series had a base feeling to them which was portrayed throughout. In that I mean that Life Cycles was definitely a movie pushed into the art side of filming to tell the story of biking and the Earthed series tended to focus more on the raw and full on side of the DH lifestyle. All excellent films which I think had a base feeling and stuck to it all the way through. Rad Company didn't seem to have this and as such when put together just felt like a bunch of individual edits put together to make a movie.
This probably explains my point a bit better.
