Giant Reign Advanced 0, L

$3750 CAD
2018 Giant Reign Advanced 0, L Original specs: Only change was to the wheelset and tires. Wheels have been swapped to the DT Swiss EX 1501. . GREAT WHEELS! Tires were recently swapped to the Vittoria Mota DH Casing 2.5. I bought these at the pro sale, don’t really like them. Swapped to them recently because I sliced up my Minion DHR TRs. For this reason I feel compelled to sell this with a bevy of 27.5 tires I have hanging around: (1) Minion DHF 2.5 TR. Nearly new. (1) Minion DHR II 2.5 DH Casing. Not TR, but I have run these Tubeless. Just need a compressor, they take. Good tread left. (2) Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.35 TLE. Used once, not a Schwalbe fan. (1) Schwalbe Hans Dampf 2.35 TLE. See above re Schwalbe. Frame was wrapped by Ride Wrap, but not after I had it in my tailgate a few times, so some minor downtube scuffs. Otherwise normal nicks you’d expect. Still looks fantastic and rides fantastic. Good life left on pads. In otherwise great shape, and this was my favorite ride. Injury has ended my season early, and I’ll get new over off-season. Any endure enthusiast will LOVE THIS BIKE!

Cannondale Jekyll 3, Large

$3000 CAD
2018 Cannondale Jekyll 3, Large Original specs: Only change to original specs are to the tires; rocking the Hutchinson Squale Enduro Tubeless Ready. Picked these up from Reme Metalier at the Pro sale; I have to say they run really well as a great all-conditions tread / compound. This was my son’s bike, but in this timeframe he’s been away a lot for school and barely ridden. Mostly ridden by me when I was in between bikes. I normally ride a Reign, and that is what I compare all Enduro bikes to. This bike was immediately comfortable descending and charging big lines. Was really impressed. I’d say this has less than 20 rides. Set up as tubeless currently. Frankly, the mid range groupo and wheels are the only things holding this back from being a top end Enduro. PEDALS NOT INCLUDED. There are a couple of superficial scratches I tried to show. There is a good hit to the rear rim, but it’s true and still holding air as tubeless. I’d leave this until it’s not rideable.

Glory Advanced 1 Carbon

$3200 CAD
Glory Advanced 1 Carbon. Original specs here: …with exception of wheels, replaced with e*thirteen LG1+ Aluminum Wheelset, Maxxis Minion DH front and rear set up as tubeless, plenty of life remaining. Just got it back from Giant Store where they did a F&R brake bleed, overhauled headset with new bearing, trued wheels, overall tune. Not ridden since. Bike was wrapped last year by Ride Wrap; overall bike has the odd ding and scratch, nothing major. Wrap did its job. Ridden about 20 times in park only from last ½ of 2017 through till August this year when my new steed arrived. This has been a fantastic bike, the best I’ve owned till I got in my 2019 recently. Asking price is fair; you come to me. I’m injured and can’t drive right now anyways, but I find that when I try to accommodate delivery and meet-ups in weird locations the buyers aren’t serious anyways. I just ask you respect my time, and I’ll do the same.

e*thirteen's New Stems and Handlebars - Crankworx Whistler 2019
Wow....some serious venom being spewed here. Similar sort of venom that's always spewed for many of the component manufacturers by riders that are- by nature- super hard on their bikes. We break sh_t more than any other cycling discipline. I've had various components from e13 over the years, mostly happy with their wheels and seat posts. I saw the new bars and stem up here, and likely will give the bars a go...mostly because I have a new YT, and wouldn't mind a longer bar and keep my stock RF shiny and clean for resale. We'll see. Side note: love my new e13 TRS tires. I was set to ditch them right away for Maxxis, and thought I'd give them a go first on some of the local Whistler trails. It's been all sorts of conditions over the last couple of weeks, so I've had them everywhere and in everything. I won't be ditching them, in fact, will be looking for more to keep on had for eventual replacement. I've been a loyal Maxxis rider for 20 years, and this is the first brand that's given me the confidence to switch. 2 bits. As for the bars and stem...I guess we'll see.

Giant Reign Advanced 0 (BRAND NEW 2019 Frame)

$3999 CAD
PRICE REDUCED! Tall guy! Yeah, I’m talking to you, you 6’2” and bigger beast of a man! You want an enduro bike that you can throw around, yeah? Something that you can crush those Strava times on? Something that simply looks damn sexy in the back of your truck? This bike is calling your name, big man. Or, tall super-fast lady! The Frankenbike doesn’t discriminate. Had this bike on the market in the fall, took it off to upgrade the shock to a new DVO Jade Coil. I’m calling this a 2018 Reign, but what it really is, is a kicks ass Frankenbike with A BRAND NEW, NEVER RIDDEN 2019 FRAME that some tall human is going to love. Bike in in fantastic shape, forks no scratches and in great shape, NEW SHOCK, tires, miles of like left and tubeless set-up. Scoop: • BRAND NEW 2019 Reign Advanced Frame, provided on Warrantee, and NEVER RIDEN! • This was built in 2018 with MOSTLY 2018 parts, however, some 2017 parts as well…all parts were new and ridden in 2018 season. • Shock: BRAND NEW 2019 DVO custom-tuned Jade Coil • Fork: 2017, rebuilt in 2018. RockShox Lyric RCT3 Solo Air, Boost 15x110, Maxle Stealth, OverDrive Tapered Steerer, 160mm. Not a scratch on these, great fork. • Stem: 2018 TruVativ Descendant • Handlebars: NEW 2018 Black Box Stevie Smith, never used. 30.5” L. • Wheels: 2017 set, bought new in 2018. Giant P-TRX 0 Composite 27.5" WheelSystem. Set up for tubeless now. Scuffed, but in fantastic shape. Fast…so fast. Also, hack proof. • Tires: Rear- Maxis Minion DHR II Exo TR. Front: Maxis Shorty 3C Maxx Terra EXO TR. Both currently set up as tubeless. Good life left in the tread on both. • Hubs: Giant TRX, [F] Boost 15x110mm [R] 12x142mm • Spokes: DT Swiss • Seatpost: 2018 Giant Contact SL Switch Trail, 30.9 • Cranks: 2017 SRAM X01 30T • Drivetrain: SRAM X01 XG-1195 X-DOME Cassette 10-42, 11-Speed • Brake LEVERS: SRAM Guide Ultimate, [F] 200mm [R] 180mm. Rear lever is brand new, front a bit scuffed due to user interface error, but in perfect shape. • No pedals. Due to recent frame swap in fall, bike has been essentially overhauled and fresh off the shop floor, and has not been ridden, and won’t be ridden till sold. I acquired it for a tall buddy, and due to some unforeseen family circumstances he can’t take it now. I’m selling this for the price I acquired it. Frameset alone is selling for $2,999.00; at $4500.00, this bike is a steal. Pick up in Langley typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Whistler on Friday-Monday. If possible, make sure you let me know so I can bring it up from my office in Langley to Whistler for weekend viewing. Don't want to do this too often as to not get roar grime on it.
