Video: Smashing Queenstown MTB Trails with David McMillan, Sam Gale & Finn Hawkesby-Browne
awsome riding. Impressive. Talented riders.....stupid idiots. Not wearing adequet protection......no gloves, no full face in the trees, no body protection. Dumb arses. But hey......they know it all, they have all the answers and they are invincible. What do I know, nothing except my 55 years (thats 5 decades for you) of ME not listening to adults to gear up......lets see.....from bottom to top......broken feet, broken toes, smashed shins, both knees.....ACL, MCL, Meniscus tears, countless ribs broke, lower back, broken arms, collar bones busted/separated and several hits to the head AND FACE.......many of those resulted from me being a dumb arse know it all.....cuz hey.....I know it ALL way more than those stupid 75 year olds who told me to GEAR UP!!! History repeats itself.....I feel for ya when you huck yourself straight into a tree!!!......ive been there.

Formula Announces 10 Year Support Promise & 2 Year Transferable Warranty
My brakes were born before most of you were born......on my xc bike I still run my 2002 Shimano BR-M755 brakes......they are awsome w great modulation, and decent power for xc and moderate downhill. Dont worry I am not a luddite....I run modern Hope's on my downhill and have gone thru many brands over the years.......but my BR-M755's have always been on a bike of mine for over 20 years!!

Video: Mountain Bikers Do Moto in 'Liftoff'
that was Cainville UT (swingarm city). Just got back from there to moto there and mt bike Moab. Epic location. I highly highly highly suggest all you mt bikers with out a motocross bike to make a motocross bike happen in your life. Do it while your young(er) !! Moto aint easy.....the pre ride prep, maintence and post ride prep is astronomical in time and energy compared to mt biking.....but.....totally worth it!!! Moto and mt biking do compliment each other although the adrenaline rush you get from moto (either open riding trails or motocross) is 100 times greater than anything mt biking can provide - incuding full on downhill mt biking. Again....I deplore you....if you dont have a motocross bike.....do it now!! Despite the cost and time (and space as you need space and lots of tools) commitment, you will not regret it; once you have the bike....race it. just do it. go race motocross. there is NOTHING like it.

U.S. Forest Service Sued Over Decision to Allow eMTBs in Tahoe National Forest
E bikes are an off shoot of normal mt bikes....hence a mt bike at heart, despite its tiny little assist motor. I dont ride one myself, and wont unless and until I cannot physically ride a normal mt bike....then I (and I would bet 100% of you haters) will be estatic to ride one if it allows me to get on the trail despite my old age physical problems. They have a place at our mt biking table. As for access.....100% no differant than a normal mt bike. Period. What is this? Communist China?? F@$%ck....Let people damn ass ride!!! E bikes have zero differing affect on trails than normal bikes......The bottom line is this : Can the little teeny tiny motor make the rear wheel break loose, ala a motocross bike when you twist the throttle? Nope. It cannot. Debate finished. If you want a real debate then debate me when I ponder taking my TC250 and really, and truely and honestly ripping the living s$h*i3t out of mt bike trails !!!!!! Believe you me......I think about that allllllllll the time!!!!! Then you E bike haters would have something to complain about!!

Iconic North Shore Teeter Totters Saved After Ontario Liability Ruling
It is correct that most of the time, it is the insurance company who effects the lawsuit. Even though the individual who was hurt is the named plaintif, it is the insurance company who "works with" the injured to encourage them to file a suit in exchange for better financial coverage for the injured. This encouragement all takes place off the record and in one-on-one 'over coffee' type discussions. And then there are other times of course when the injured is the one who pushes for the suit. That is how it works here in the US.
