Starting the 2019 season with smiles and high fives. Awesome turnout for the Wednesduro opener, so much fun to share our passion with like minded friends from all over the region. We are very lucky to have a spot like Highland Mountain Bike Park in our backyard - allowing us to do what we love most. CHEERS TO 2019

I had 30 minutes to kill before the Highland trail crew allows "Freedom Trail" to be ridden up, so it only made sense to stop in at the local watering hole for a quick pickup. If you're into good beers and haven't tried Kettlehead, you've got to get there.

Grabbing wristbands. Well, they thought they were grabbing a wristbands...Carlo and Ryan were particularly excited to learn that they needed to complete the i-pad waiver first. Aint nobody got time fa-dat!

It's going to take a bigger delay than that to cause an issue, Carlo is still multiple laps ahead of you.

I thought @projectnortheast was riding this week - but I didn't see him on the hill. Turns out he was lending one of his bikes and giving a tour of the mountain to a friend. That's what being an ambassador of Mountain Biking is all about. Enabling good times. That's what Team Granite specializes in.
Good on ya, Emery!

Slack Geo - 29 inch wheels - coil shock - ridiculously good looking bike. Coleman is hoping it is a ridiculously fast bike on Sunday.

This weeks ride was one of the last opportunities before venue practice day for this weekends upcoming Eastern States Cup season opener. Diamond Hill, RI is a gem of an enduro zone offering plenty of pedaling to go along with some challenging chunk. Team Granite will have a handful of riders in podium contention racing on Sunday, looking to start the 2019 race season on a high.

The last Team Granite riders to podium at Diamond Hill were Chris Bishop(2) and Kevin Green(5) in 2016. Chris started the day stealing a p1 on the first stage and riding consistently for the remainder of the day to end the day in a very respectable Second place.
From what I can tell - everyone is riding FAST this year. Looking forward to watching the team throw down this weekend. Stay tuned for a Team Granite MTB - Diamond Hill race racap.

The Apres is just as good as the riding and if you argue that you're off the team.
