Aug 9, 2022Cannondale Prophet - Medium
$375 USDVery high end lightweight MTB from like 2007 or 2009 with carbon Lefty fork. This bike has spent almost all of its life sitting inside unused. I upgraded years ago but never sold this. It has a very new seat. I upgraded to Shimano XT Shadow 1x10 and some hydraulic disc brakes with custom levers in about 2014 or so. The fork has the normal medium spring. The geometry is adjustable (XC vs FR). Just needs some air in the tires which I will add before you come test it out, and then its ready to ride. Better pedals and new tires are probably needed some time soon.
Price is firm. Cash only.
I am available most evenings for you to come buy it. I live in NE Atlanta, Druid Hills neighborhood. Local pick up only, absolutely will not ship.

Oct 17, 2020Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper Hardtail Large 29'er
$1700 USD2010 S-Works Stumpjumper Hardtail. Size Large. 29" wheels.

Nearly entirely stock, nothing has been downgraded. Everything works perfectly. This bike has seen little use over its life. There is no major damage anywhere. The frame has some small scuffs or chips in the clearcoat, no actual damage. Last time I looked at the rims they were perfect. This bike is ready to ride for the Fall season the day you come pick it up. I planned on keeping it forever but I bought a newer S-Works Epic and I like that bike so much, I will never ride this one.
Some of the components:
S-works carbon frame - Large
Roval Carbon rims with matching red/black spokes and carbon hubs - 29"
Carbon bars
S-Works carbon cranks
Reba fork with carbon steerer and crown
Thomson masterpiece seatpost
Specialized ground control tires, with newly replaced Muc-Off valve stems and fresh Stan's sealant
Bring your own pedals for test ride or I can put some flat ones on while you test it.

$1700 USDI bought this bike from the original owner about 2 years ago. I have ridden it literally 3 times since, never on a big mountain. Just don't have time for this type of riding. It is in excellent condition, gathering dust in my living room. It is mostly stock, with the exception of Shimano Saint pedals (nearly brand new) and also I am going to include a used but great condition set of Shimano Zee brakes because the stock brakes aren't good. Also literally brand new Maxxis Minion DH casing tires, never ridden once. And ODI Ruffian lock on grips that I installed.
The fork is in awesome shape. No scratches on the functional part (first 8 inches) of the stanchions. I just had it rebuilt with new seals and have not ridden it since. And like I said brand new Maxxis Minions. The rims have a couple of dents each but they are true. Overall the bike has been well maintained, ridden little, and works perfectly.
There is no major damage to the frame at all. Just a few paint scuffs.

you are actually "measuring" the effective top tube length which is what is always reported and more useful.

Ask Pinkbike: Mismatched Wheels, and What Pressure Gauge?
so many things wrong with this. first, you are wrong, because the tire needs to clear the arch of the fork. Second, how can you possibly just say he is wrong without providing your own math? How did you even check his numbers? You obviously didn't calculate anything yourself because A. you didn't show any numbers and B. you don't know how.
