Ahead of the 2012 Olympic games London has transformed into a bustling vibrant city, prepared for the world's attention in a few short weeks time. I headed down to document this urban jungle with a good friend and keen downhill racer Rafi Richardson. Although this genre of cycling is far cry from his podiums at BDS rounds at Fort William it provides the same thrill and excitement, weaving through cars and cutting new lines through the concrete sprawl.

So sit back, relax and enjoy this journey through time and the city, a different perspective upon the sport we know and love
