Zakhar Okunev - Super Happy Sending: This past year I got to send quite a few amazing features. Some features were built by myself, whereas a lot of others were not. A big thank-you to all trail builders that create awesome features. In addition, thanks to the people who helped film (@drevisuals, @sickdj17, and Andrew).

At the start of the year, he was invited to Farm Jam, New Zealand's premiere invite only content, earning himself the award of Best Style.

Age of Ladder Bridges: The West Coast of British Columbia has been renown for the high ladder bridges and iconic trails shown in the early films of mountain biking and mountain unicycling. Dan Cowan (aka. Dangerous Dan) is one of the builders responsible for taking benign wooden creek crossings and elevating the bridges multiple human heights above the ground. Today, builders have moved away from the high, skinny wooden features, as the sport of mountain biking continues to evolve and concerns about liability have increased. The forgotten trails from the dawn of the age can still be found among the trees, memories of a time gone by, skeletons in the forest. The trails in this video are the most recent constructions by Dangerous Dan, but they too are slowly succumbing to the passing years and are being reclaimed by the forest.

Chasing Rio – Chapter Three: This is the final chapter of Chasing Rio, the story behind Spanish MTB rider Carlos Coloma’s training for Rio 2016 Olympics.

The Ramp II - Greg Illingworth: Greg rides everything at warp speed and it's awesome.

Rich Forne: BMX film-maker, Rich Forne is well know for his skewed and alternative style of video direction but this time we get a glimpse of Rich from the other side of the lens. Hold on to your seats for this one...

Johnny Raekes - AM Spotlight: Johnny Raekes hails from a small town in the state of Washington where street spots are scarce, but that didn't stop him from exploding onto the scene last year. It was clear that Johnny had some serious potential and he quickly got scooped up by the prestigious Fiend BMX.

Andrew Reynolds - Life On Video: Episode 3: The Berrics is proud to present our third Life On Video, dedicated to Andrew Reynolds. In Episode 3, Baker Skateboards is born and Andrew makes some life-altering decisions.

Paul Rodriguez - My First Video Part: It’s funny how certain memories stand out to you. In the “My First Video Part” series, we sit down with skaters who have lengthy video credits, and we ask them, “Do you remember the first time?” In this episode, Paul Rodriguez is forever scarred by his fellow DNA team rider, the man who invented the Riffty-Fifty.

Charlie Blair - Get Back Up: A film short by Stacy Peralta. Life will knock you down, but you have to GET BACK UP!

Stacked Footy 20 Years of Jesse Burtner: It's now been 20 consecutive years of Jesse Burtner video parts, 1997 to 2016. "Stacked Footy" looks back on these years through the eyes of Jesse and his friends and family. Jesse's journey was heavily impacted by those close to him, pushing him and laughing with him every step of the way. When a traumatic brain injury threatened his snowboard career he was challenged to change his approach to life, snowboarding and the video parts that define him. With the eclectic talents of fellow riders and friends as well as Jesse's deep connection and collaboration with his wife and Think Thank co-founder Christina "Pika" Burtner he was able to go the distance and reach this milestone. How do you sum up 20 years of great times, hard work, smiles, stomps, NBDs, slams, tapes and friendships? You can't. This is merely a snap shot of Jesse's two decade commitment to love and life. With a whole lot of snowboarding in there too. Thanks Brain!

Nicolas Müller - Never Not - Full Segment: Featuring a diverse cast of the world’s most talented riders, Never Not brings viewers along for a nonstop, all-terrain mission to the bleeding edge of snowboarding progression. From the high peaks of the Alaskan alpine to Canada’s powder highway to the streets of Moscow and the American Midwest, Never Not presents a mind-bending blend of backcountry and urban action. Whether your favorites are veteran powder pros like Nicolas Müller and Gigi Rüf or young and hungry riders on the rise like Jed Anderson, Jess Kimura, and Halldór Helgason, Never Not is a movie that will inspire you to get up and go riding.

Be Water - Bobby Brown: A short film featuring Bobby Brown, Banks Gilberti, Peter Brown and Aaron Blunck. Documenting their travels while they chase storms thoughout the 2015-16 winter season.

HOW CAN HE RIDE A UNICYCLE WITH BALLS THAT BIG
  • 2 0
+1 but especially the faster parts look to me like someone with an urgent need running for a toilet.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  • 4 1
holy shit still cant believe what i just saw !!

Wouldnt a freehub system combined with a disc brake make the riding easier or at least more comfortable for the rider? Beeing always forced to pedal to go down must be so physical .. !!! Awesome skills !!

Its so cool seeing this stuff again (elevations and mountain unicycle). For a minute I thought it was Kris Holm! That was awesome.
  • 2 0
@RedBurn: riding a free hub uni is wayyyy harder. Biggest issue on skinnies that are steep is the slick slime that grows on the structures. A few years ago Ryan, (the rider) and myself took a trip to Bowen and holy crap that stuff is wild. Dan and the builders out there did an amazing job building those structures. Sad to see how they are slowly decaying.

BTW visit Ryan's YouTube channel, you'll watch some incredible riding and building.

I just watched a dude stomp a superteck trail on a unicycle and a dude do huge hucks on a BMX. Makes those new and improved endure bikes look less important. Its the rider that counts not the bike.
