2020 Nukeproof scout 290 Frame is a 29 compatible frame but currently set up as a 27.5 plus bike. Make no mistake, this bike can do it all! Super capable! Your buddies will question why they need a full suspension rig as they chase you down national on south mountain and then the next day pedal the Prescott circle on a day long suffer fest! Really a great all rounder bike! At 6’2” I find the bike comfortable with a longer reach. Chain stays are short which helps keep it poppy and wheelbase is longer which helps in the chunk. Frame Nukeproof Scout 290, custom triple butted hydro-formed Alloy, internal cable routing for dropper seat posts, threaded bottom bracket, Boost 148mm rear axle spacing Fork: 29 Fox 34 currently set at 130mm. Fork is new with only three rides on it Headset: Nukeproof Warhead, 44-56 IITS Stem: Pivot Phoenix Enduro Stem 35mm Handlebar: Brand X Carbon 800mm, 25mm Saddle: Chromag Seatpost: Brand X Ascend internal, 210mm drop Crank: SRAM NX EAGLE 12 Speed, DUB, 175mm, Absolute black 30t oval chain ring and MRP Bashguard, B148 Cassette: SRAM GX EAGLE PG1210 12 Speed, 11-50T Brakes: Shimano Saints Metallic Pads Rims: Mavic DeeMax 27.5 Tires: Front and Rear: Vittoria Martello 27.5 x 2.8 Graphene 2.0. Front tire has about 70-80% life left and rear has 60-70%. No plugs Disk Rotors: Magura 200mm front, 180mm rear Frame does have the typical chips in the paint and rock dings from desert riding but nothing to worry about. So why am I selling this fine steed you ask? Are my legs craving that sweet full suspension squish? Is the bike too slow? No! Only selling as I have purchased a different hardtail, trying something new and can’t keep all the bikes. Hardtails are the best! I also have the touch up paint in order to do cosmetic touch ups due to scratches while riding.

Bike is in Mesa AZ. 2005 Yeti ASX with 2006-ish FOX 40 RC2, HOPE Moto V2 Brakes with vented Rotors. The 40 has a two stage titanium spring kit in it. Will include original spring. Very low hours on fork and brakes, less than a season. Bike has just come back from the shop with a clean bill of health and bled brakes. All pivot bearings were replaced after I parked it last. The bike shows the normal wear and tear from a bike this age, scuffs on the lowers are from moving it, not from crashing it. Stanchions a perfect. Was never really abused, used mainly as a long travel trail bike and occasional shuttle bike at the park. This bike is tough. Huck it, keep it as a spare bike for your buddies to ride, get it out of my garage.
