Chromag Announces Doctahawk, a Super Aggressive 180mm, 29er Hardtail
Geo like my own Kingdom X2 UK Spec. Mine has got a 160mm fork though. This will be a weapon and will go uphill better than you think.

Winner of the Enve Wheelset from the EWS Colombia Fantasy Contest Announced
I just needed Gutierrez in 2nd. I had Sam to win, as he is incredible when it's loose and Oton is the smoothest in clips in the mud I reckon.

Sick Bicycle Co. Long Wheelbase Steel Hardtail Prototype
Cannot stress how good this bike looks. I've been running a 160mm slack 29er hardtail for ages. They make loads of sense. This is such a win and cannot wait to try one out, along with the bigger full-sus too. I'm in. ????

Intense Launch Second Generation Tracer
@ilovedust: a small bit of gorilla tape inside the linkage cavity around the BB stops pretty much all the mud and crap doing damage. Road the factory Primer over the past couple of months in all manner of slop and its sound.

Dissecting Specialized's Move to Öhlins Suspension
@powergavin: I've found you need to go up in spring rates quite a bit. I'm 85ish kg and run a 525 spring (super alloy racing one with a spacer) that's shorter than the normal yellow spring. As you go up in the spring rates the standard ohlins ones get so hard to fit on the shock body you need an MX style spring clamp compression tool.

Dissecting Specialized's Move to Öhlins Suspension
I've ran Ohlins ttx coil for close to 3 years on my Enduro. Hands down the best rear shock for outright traction, feels like the rear of the bike pushes down into the ground. Super easy to adjust and just works. Yes it's heavier than the air shocks available, but if you like the more gravity side of things it's worth it.
