Nike released their
6.0 series of shoes a short while ago, and has had a very strong following. The 6.0 series was designed around kids who shred it, and want to look steezy while doing it. With such riders as Brandon Semenuk, and Mike Spinner rocking the 6.0 shoes, Nike has created a large following of rippers.
Recently Nike released their 6.0 ID program. Read on to find out more information on this unique, custom shoe designing system.Nike has had a firm grip on the sports industry when it comes to athletic wear for a long time. More people day to day wear Nike shoes than any other brand, so it's no wonder they have such a massive following. With the release of the
6.0 series of shoes, Nike created a line of "skate style" shoes that were all designed around one purpose, to make your ugly feet look sweet, and that's exactly what they achieved.
Now that is unsafe
Now Nike has released the
ID program.
What is ID? Well, ID usually stands for Identification. What's identification? A way of proving who you are. When you go to buy booze, get into the bar, get over the border, basically anywhere you have to prove your age, you will require ID.
Way to complicated
So what does
Nike ID have to do with getting into the bar? or to buy booze? Umm ya nothing, it doesn't. You will not be able to hand the bouncer your shoes and expect for him to know your age, however, you can show him how cool you are by having your
own custom shoes. The reason why Jordan has so many typo's
Nike ID is a way to express who you are, without having to prove to Nike that you can rip it hard enough to have your own line of shoes. Nike ID is a website where you're able to customize your own shoes, everything from materials, to colors, to fit. You'll be able to select from a list of sport and casual shoes to start your designs on, and after that you can break it down to your style.
Customization
Not only that, but Nike is also allowing you to customize what it says on your shoes. So not only will you look fresher than ever in your color coordinated bar-star outfit, but your shoes will even say your own awesome slogan on it. There are a few limitations to what you can write on the heel, but that added touch really makes them extra unique!
At home on the Drillium Pedals
After you have designed your own custom kicks, you can order them from Nike. For around the same price as a normal pair of shoes, you can have your own, completely custom, blinged out Nike shoes. Sweet! So cruize on over to
Nike ID and customize your own fancy shoes. No one will have the same pair as you!
