Practice Report & Track Preview From Round 2 of the British National DH Series at Fort William
It is, airlines lost her bags and she borrowed a Trek Factory Racing kit, not her usual TLD kit (thankfully she traveled with helmet in hand).

7 Yoga Poses for Better Sleep
Be very careful with some of these poses, those that herniated discs, l4, l5, S1 regions...a couple of these poses did my disc more damage. If anyone is interested, a book called back mechanic by mcgill did wonders for me.

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Run a Bash Guard?
I must not be gnarly enough, 30 plus years of trail riding-no bashguard, not even on DH bike, never had any issues.

Video: 3 of the Closest World Cup DH Finishes
@mi-bike: I stand corrected. There were a few 90's world cups that were less than 10th of a second as well. Kinda funny people forget the 90's world cups, ya know, the ones that had 75,000 people come to the events.

They didn't go back into the archives far enough, 1995 DH world champs final: Anne Caro edged out reigning world champion Leigh Donovan by .18 And I think Palmer lost by .16? if I recall.

The Pinkbike Podcast: Episode 109 - Berm Peak's Seth Alvo on Making Videos 24/7, Soul Rides, and Building a Bike Park
I watch his channel, like millions I have enjoyed it often times...but the disrespect of athletes, teams, racing was offensive. And referencing a negative tone about athletes that; "Not everyone has a neck tattoo" and youtubers are actually "genuinely nice people", implying that athletes are not nice people..."its our time now, the nerds have taken over" was all just offensive to the work pro athletes put in to showcase their talents on the track for us to watch, the incredible development many athletes offer for the best products. I have no problem with the dude, or his channel, he offers some fantastic episodes that I enjoy, but that air of youtubers are better than athletes was not cool at all. Also him sort of whining about 'fastfood' content of tiktok, insta, social media, etc, vs his higher end long form stuff was kind of ironic-how do you think Clay Porter, Westerlund, etc feel about pouring their heart and soul into a creative project only for a video on building ladder drop in your backyard to get more views. At any rate, good for seth and all the youtubers, but, lets not shit on racing or performance athletes.

Review: Scott Spark RC World Cup - 120mm Is The New XC
I have this bike, I friggin love it. I know it's not a review, but I don't get paid to write review. If in the market for a fun trail bike, this thing is dope AF. I am 23.75lbs with AXS, Carbon Wheels, it rips.
