Nukeproof Scalp Custom Build-Price reduced

$1250 GBP
Hi, I have put up this advert to advertise my Nukeproof Pulse Downhill Bike. Abit of history, I built this bike from the frame up with all new components in January 2015. I spend alot of time riding motorbikes and I wanted something to have fun on in the winter months. I had always wanted a DH bike and building one was part of scratching an itch leftover from my teenage years. Sadly I have only ridden the bike three times since completing it because life (and motorbikes) have a habit of getting in the way. The bike has been stored indoors in an office at home so has always been warm and dry. The spec is as follows, feel free to ring or text with any questions: Nukeproof Scalp Size Large frame with Rockshox Vivid Shock Fox 40 Forks-2014 model in White Nukeproof Warhead Headset and direct mount stem, Warhead Seatpost and Saddle. Renthal Fatbar 780mm Handlebars Raceface Strafe Grips with ODI lockrings and end plugs. Hope 83mm Bottom Bracket- Excellent quality and fully rebuild able. Shimano Zee Cranks and Chain ring. E-Thirteen Chain Guide and Bashring. Shimano Zee 10 speed rear Mech and Shimano Zee 10 Speed Shifter. Shimano 10 speed Rear Cassette and Shimano Chain- I cannot remember the exact model range. Nukeproof Electron Pedals- Basic but very light with no worn pins ect. Hope Hoops Downhill Wheelset- Pro 2 Evo Hubs with Mavic EX721 rims. Hope Tech 3 V4 brakes front and rear with Tech 3 master cylinders and Hope (non-vented) rotors. Braided Lines. Rear Line professionally shortened at Stanley Fearn's Cycles Matlock. Schwalbe Magic Mary Tyres Front and Rear. Headset, steering stem and starnut fitted at Stanley Fearns Cycles, Matlock. When the bike was finished I also had the bike fully checked over there prior to riding it. The components on this bike were chosen from reading alot of reviews and opinions on forums and with performance in mind. I am not somebody who trades in Mountain bike parts regularly so I have priced the bike at what I think it is worth considering the tiny amount of use it has had (I'd be surprised if it has covered 10 miles since being built) and obviously the sum of its parts. To my mind this is basically a new downhill bike with a spec that is far far higher than anything that could be bought new for alot more money. I am not in a rush to sell but I am open to reasonable offers. Please feel free to give me a ring or a text to discuss anything or to request more information or pictures. I do work shifts so I might not always answer but I will always get back to you. AD reposted with price dropped as I'm currently buying a house and could put the cash to good use. Thanks, Jonny 07745872689
