by Summer Gravity Camps
Another amazing season of riding is fast approaching at SGC, and with this being our 11th season in the Whistler Bike Park, we're stoked to turn it up one notch past 10.

We're proud to announce the addition of two new partners to our incredible sponsor roster. Five Ten Shoes and Lezyne Products will be providing their high grade wares to campers throughout the season. Five Ten will be supplying shoes for prizing each week and every camper will receive a custom SGC edition Lezyne pump. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to our amazing list of SGC sponsors. Top drawer!

you got a year man push comes to shove have your parents loan you some money for the camp and then pay them back when you get the money thats what i was going to do but see i waited until there was like less than a month before you had to have the money turned in for the camp and my parents just don't have the money so I'm just saving my own money because i hate asking my parents for that much money...

a 16 year old... coaching 16 year olds? 'cause that'll go well...
  • 10 1
It would go real well. They can relate to eachother. And just ride. And any 16 yr old would look up to a guy the same age as him that's sponsored by red bull...

He wouldn't be one of the main coaches. He'd probably be there for a day or two and jump around the groups.

I went last year, it doesn't matter how old you are really. Were all mountain bikers there, and all share that passion. Getting along is easy.

can someone please give me an honest answer to this, i am thinking about doing this camp but I'm not a dirt jumper at all and from the looks of it its about one third dirt jumping so is this still an ok camp to do because I'm a good DH biker just not a DJ biker, please give me an honest reply. thanks.

adam you are still a pretty good dirt jumper if you ask me but this camp looks shuper goooooood!

I'm the same way, went last year and had the most fun I've ever had on a bike! They give you the option to stay downhilling after people have started going to the airbag/dome.

I instruct MTB at woodward west and im not a dj guy. It's 70% dj at woodward, and it will tune your DH skills like you wouldn't beleive. SGC is an amazing program with some of the best riding in the world and that 30% dj time may end up being your favorite. If it was 50% basket weaving I would still do anything to go. DO IT. You won't regret it. I promise.

It's great to see five ten working with more and more events and camps every year. They have given me great support as a racer and I have watched them grow for several years now. I was a bit worried when they were bought by addidas, but the results have been great. They are still the same company with the same great products and people, and they have not abandoned their roots. But now they have the tools that addidas has to grow stronger, do more, and defy the limits of being a small company (in comparison to one as big as addidas) I'm stoked to see them improve even more, and its amazing to see a big company take over a smaller one without destroying what it was meant to be in the first place.
