Too bad you have to sell your organs to go! Blank Stare

Worth It.
  • 10 0
Haha, true. Not all camps are that bad though. The Elevate camp at Silverstar ended up being cheaper than spending a week riding there otherwise Razz I mean, there wasn't any golfing or a foam pit or anything, but still an amazing time

Let's all just pitch in $100 bucks each and we can all go, but most of us will have to fly as pet luggage.... Should work though.
  • 17 2
If you guys would stop asking your parents and get a job you could go!
  • 10 0
that must have been $50 of food
  • 6 0
In Whistler yes, that is probably $50 worth of food! The prices there are insane even for me, and I live in an expensive resort town. Always shop for groceries in Squamish for the entire trip or you will be broke when you leave. The only exception is a restaurant called "El Furniture Warehouse". I know it sounds weird, but the food is awesome, and everything on the menu is $5.

 2 words: food poisoning

I'm kidding I'm sure it's a good place
  • 4 0
Or Dups Burritos. Oh how i long to go back there...
  • 2 3
you can eat a really nice meal for 30$ easy in whistler Smile
  • 4 6
El furniture is gone. I miss the peanut fights. Go to potrabelos on the black comb side, get a manwich.
  • 5 0
I call bullshit unless they closed down in the last 2 weeks. The El Furniture in Vancouver is gone but the one is Whistler is always crazy busy and the food is great. Hell they used Short rib meat for their Beef dips. Also they probably serve one of the best Ceasers I have ever had. I actually just called to check and you are full of shit they are still open.

Is Merlin's still kicking? Used to be $5 for a beer and burger... Was a few years back...
  • 1 0
I believe so... Merlin is in the lower village right?
  • 1 0
Upper Village, you can find a few places with beer and burger for $10
  • 2 0
I never saw a beer and a burger for $5, but maybe I wasn't looking in the right place. Once you are there, if you don't have groceries from Squamish, you might as well eat out for all of your meals because it will cost just as much as shopping at the Whistler grocery store.

Looks like a regular day off for me in Whistler. Except i would have finished it underground, drunk as shit, grinding on your girlfriend.
  • 1 0
I still haven't been to Whistler and I can't wait to go. But I'm hoping by the time I'm done school, and can treat myself to an adult gravity camp, Silverstar or Kicking Horse have one ready to go. Way less busy, way less expensive and both places kick ass.
