I am looking for 700x28 clinchers that run a little narrower than my Clement Strada LGG which is 28.3mm which just clears my frame. I understand that tire widths vary by mfgr. I've bought Continentals only to find they run wider on their 28's and don't fit for my frame. So what I am asking are there any mfgr's whose tires run slighter smaller than what I am running currently. Thx
