Reminiscing about our favourite moments of the week, the heli-session was a unique experience for some of the riders, including Peter Henke (GER) who was endlessly charging the hip and the jumps. "It is so cool when the heli is flying above you!” he explains amped on the experience, “The whole week was so diverse, riding hard tail and downhill bike, tricks and freeride, all in one event.”

For Ben Byers (CAN), who received a ticket to ride through the “Wanna be a Knight” video contest, it was seeing “Il Castello” first hand that made an impact, "I was blown away by the size and ‘spectacularness’ of the structure”, he said, adding quickly “I was thinking this week is gonna be pretty exciting and scary at the same time.” Byers impressed his peers with solid riding and he was stoked on the good friendly vibes, particularly enjoying the last sunset shoot, “It was just amazing, what an awesome experience!”

Here's a little edit on the gnarly bails of the week...Swedes Martin Söderström and Linus Sjöholm were racing each other down the Livigno trails. “I was in front of Linus, and not realizing he was right behind me I started breaking and he flew right into me,” laughs Söderström, “we ended up running almost to the bottom of the hill”. The effort was worth it as Team Sweden took home the “Best Film” award.

Tobi Wrobel (GER) was another rider killing it all week and he was stoked on a his first ever backflip step down and superman backflip on his downhill bike, though the big mountain shoot was the highlight of his week, "I never did that before. Compared to dirt jumps and downhill trails its so much more scary and difficult!"
