FYI Pete's gonads had an unfortunate encounter with his seat on landing. The resulting pain is most likely the reason he threw his bike.

Yeah cause coasting a bike and letting it tip over on it's handlebar is way worse for it than flipping a huge jump and muscling out of a sideways lander. I'm also sure it's way worse than any abuse he's put his bikes through learning these tricks. Stay stoked!

Ok so let me say that I can't do a back flip for starters, but when the title says MASSIVE BACK FLIP, am I the only one that was expecting more? It was on of those angled ones at that, not a true blind back flip. I was expecting something like a Kyle McGarry gap jump/flip. Juss sayin...

Looking at the picture I was like, "massive? what's the big deal?" then in the POV he started to fall outta the sky onto that off-kilter landing... that looked so harsh. What a ballsy move and even that tad bit of him able to control his flip to almost line up with the landing is insane.

Hey, throughout the week we run photo and film sessions with the idea of having fun and progressing the sport. There is a jam session Contest day Saturday 21st June, as well as, a public sunset session tonight! We got of awesome footage so the vids will be rolling in! cheers for the love!
