@ksyz: not too hard since it is a closed bath. Change seals and bushings to SKF, experiment with oil amount and viscosity..the standard stuff. Craig at Avalanche works on the cartridge mod.

id prefer 38 and 40 mm stanchions so you can use other cartridges as well and make your own adapters.
