First Ride: Salsa's New Spearfish and Horsethief
For persons (like me) who hate carrying water on their back, the HT looks really versatile. Not sure how big a bottle you could get on the top tube, but even a 20 would net you almost 70 ounces of water on the bike. I dig.

First Look: Trust Performance's $2,700 Carbon Fiber Linkage Fork
3x the cost (almost) of a 34 Stepcast, and almost a pound heavier. Also ugly as shit.

First Ride: 2019 Giant Trance 29
It's a beautiful bike, and no doubt good quality. Pretty decent price for the pimped-out version, vis-a-vis Spec or Trek. Good lines too, like stealthy.

How Much Do Looks Matter When You’re Purchasing a Bike? - Pinkbike Poll
Marin Wolf Ridge. Linkages look chincy and the rear swingarm is a full-blown mullet on what otherwise is a pretty decent front triangle.

Deviate Cycles - Press Release
The rider shoulda picked a drier day to film the promo video (or installed a rear fender).

Your Bike Is Fine Already. Just Ride It. - Opinion
Black Friday is such a damn joke. Every time I see a picture of BF mayhem it's fat-ass people fighting over TVs, which is the last thing they need. Another reason to be more sedentary! Get your collective asses off your couches and go get some damn exercise! I confess though, I did purchase some new brake cables on BF.

Felt Bicycles 2018 - First Look
The Edict looks nice. Rather have that than an Epic or Scalpel at this point. Felt's new hardtail is me-too. Trek's new Pro Cal with the decoupled seat tube is pretty bad-ass.
