Kona Bikes Sold to Kent Outdoors
My first trade show (BTAC) was twenty years ago or more, first time I met him I was like "this dude is cool, not wonder kona is so cool".
I stopped thinking kona was cool when I had to deal with their warranty guy, it took awhile but it happened. I imagine Dik is till cool, though.

1 Question: Where is the Women's MTB Scene Headed?
I think it is naive to think that a major operation like Crankworx relies on entry fees to cover the prizes. Maybe at your grassroots local club putting on the event this might be the case, but at the pro level? No.

Hot Off The Press: Fox Acquires Race Face and Easton Cycling
Assuming he didn't lose too much of his own money over the past 3 years. Fox is assuming the RF/Easton debt. No money is changing hands. The bank is probably happier.

Race Face Closes the Doors
Reminds me of when Syncros started making all kinds of crap that they had no business making. If Dorel buys them they can be another boring OEM company and probably won't save many North American jobs. They had a good run but my shop still has RaceFace stock from before they went MEC and we haven't ordered anything since they did. I think we unload most of it on e-bay, in case you're looking for a crankset or abnormally long stem...
