Cane Creek Announces New Hellbender 70 Headset
do yourself a favor and buy the wolf tooth instead. completely sealed upper and lower, and comes with ENDURO bearings out of the box. I tapped the sealed crown race on with a standard tool without damaging it. you also get to pick what stack height cap it comes with, and it comes with a neat stem cap that allows you to save a couple extra MM headtube length. Could be personal experience, but never had can creek bearings last longer than a walmart bike does. https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/collections/wolf-tooth-precision-headsets/products/wolf-tooth-precision-zs-headsets-zero-stack

Review: YT Capra 29 CF Pro Race
@tdoyle1995: the trs race cassette on my 2018 capra cf pro moved laterally off the ethirteen free body and damaged the inside drive side carbon chainstay. its held on by a pinch clamp, nothing securing it laterally, whole cassette held on like a band to a smooth xd driver, nothing holding it on for sure like all other cassettes. dumbest design i have ever seen. e13 told me to ef off, YT was very concerned though.

Transition Patrol Carbon, frame only

$1300 USD
2017 patrol carbon, size large 1.5 seasons old, 29-ish lbs built up on my bathroom scale. i have put many trail rides on this bike, it is kept in excellent mechanical condition, with all new frame bearings. original owner, purchased new from a Transition dealer in southern washington. It has a couple chips, most noticeably one in the chainstay on the left hand side of the bike, and some chain rub on the inside of the right chainstay. I covered the frame in clear protective taped before building the frame up when it was brand new, many underside sticky parts of tape have attracted dirt, but with the tape removed the frame will look really nice, I left the tape on in case i took it out for another ride. axle allen bolt is starting to wear out from lots of rear wheel removals to put inside my car, it is a standard syntace x12 that can be easily/cheaply replaced. Has minor tire rubs scrapes on inside of seat stay and chainstay super deluxe shock and frame bearings new as of spring 2018, less than 10 rides on them 1300 frame only (including headset, seat post clamp, axle) 1700 frame and fork

Review: e*thirteen's New TRS Plus 12-Speed Upgrade Kit
A single bolt 'pinching' the cassette around the smooth part of the xd freehub body is the only thing holding it on (same as new 9-46 11 spd trs+), that cassette slipped and damaged my brand new carbon capra. E thirteen told me to f-off as soon as I told them that. I also have the older version (2-piece, 9-44) with a lockring. It's creaks horribly but at least is physically held on to the freehub body and has never moved, unlike this BS terrible design solution for saving 20 grams.

e*thirteen TRSr Cassette - Review
the new pinch bolt version of the TRSr cassette (2018) is only held onto the freehub by a pinch bolt that clamps the larger 1/2 of the cassette around the smooth part of the XD driver, held on only by friction. this clamping surface is only about 4mm wide where it actually clamps around the freehub body. it does not have a lockring to permanently and securely lock it onto the freehub, unlike almost every other cassette out there. installed perfectly according to e13 tech doc, but the cassette slid laterally on the freehub body to the drive side hitting the carbon frame taking a chunk out of it. e13 offered NO help and said thats no possible to avoid liability for damaged frame. BTW this was on a brand new bike, new cassette, new ethirteen plus wheelset. put the cassette on a brand new x0 hub and the same thing occurred. Even if this is a one-off manufacturing defect it is a TERRIBLE design. BTW i have the lockring verson (trs +) and it works perfectly. avoid this new pinch bolt version AT ALL COST
