Cradled to the ‘sweet’ purring of chainsaws, the second round of the French Cup Enduro Series by Parts 8.3 and the E-Bike Enduro Trophée by Alltricks took place in the middle of vosgian sunny forests covered by some one of a kind soft mold. With an epic grip as Jérôme Clementz says, some really fun and fast stages alternated with technical and steep segments enhanced this race that gathered riders from all around the 5 corners of France and some close to the border foreigners that came to take a look at what a Frenchie enduro looks like. A very numerous and enthusiastic crowd came to feed the positive vibes of the event. Organizers gave their best to get close to the perfection in term of race design and the very well shaped stages really satisfied the riders.

It’s after a long and tight battle that Jérome Clementz takes the win on his two vosgian fellows Elliott Trabac and Rémy Absalon. Elliott, the title holder, with his new 29’ bike, was very, very close to recovering some lost seconds on Jérome after the second day of racing where he won two of three stages, but Clementz’s lead from the first day was very comfortable and gave him the win. There was also another very interesting battle going on three places below. Ludovic Oget, Youn Deniaud and Camille Servant where tearing apart the seconds that set their final ranking. But after this phenomenal fight that allowed Youn to win the 5th place, with a tiny 1.2 second lead on Camille it’s the rider from South of France that becomes the new leader of the competition. A great challenge is about to begin during the next rounds of the Enduro Series French Cup.

On the ladies side, we really appreciated Morganne Jonnier’s—the title holder, return to the competition that comes back on track after an injury. But it’s Julie Duvert, trained by the elite World Series rider Cécile Ravanel that has shown some great strength and destroyed the opposition. A nice surprise for the 2nd place, Estelle Charles gets her first podium in a French Cup after a victory in U21 EWS in Madeira.

The E-Bike Enduro Trophée by Alltricks witnesses of Olivier Giordanengo’s regularity. That guy didn’t come here for threading beads. The master of his category takes a win in this round and is very confident for the next episode. On the ladies side, after a long and fierce battle between Sabrina Jonnier and Chloé Galléan divided only by a half of a second at the end of the first racing day, it’s Chloé that takes the win and sets an equality between her and Sabrina. Anything could happen during the third and last round.

The next stop of the third round of the Enduro Series French Cup by Parts 8.3 and the final round of the E-Bike Enduro Trophee by Alltricks is set on the 24th and 25th of June in Val d’Allos on the legendary trails of the TRIBE 10,000 with the reactivation of the Gros Tapy—the legendary mechanical lift. Don't miss this event celebrating its 15th edition!
