Trek Remedy 29 9.8 Large

$2900 USD
Hi, I'm selling my Remedy after only a few months of use. Main picture is how it's currently spec'd. It's a great bike and is in great condition, there are no noticeable paint chips, and it has a clear coat on top of the most damage prone areas. It originally retailed for 5,500. It has a full XT build, rockshox reverb post, dt swiss wheels (the picture with Enve wheels was an experiment where I borrowed plus wheels from a friend). The only things that I've changed on it are the grips (comfier and blue), tires (Maxxis High Roller 2 up front with a tough Bontrage SE3 on the rear, both almost brand new), and a 1x conversion kit that works really well, currently with an 11-45 cassette and a 30t oval chainring to smooth out the pedal stroke. I'll include (and install if you'd like) the 2x shifter, derailleur, and chainrings, none of which were ever used. Bottle cage is also included. It actually works great as a plus bike, even more so than this years' Fuel Ex plus since it has a higher bb. The only thing you might want to switch is the saddle, as the only "crash" I've had on it was when I did a wheelie, couldn't clip out, and landed flat on my butt, it cracked the plastic base of the saddle and now it has a little more give, but I haven't found it bothersome enough to change. Although I have one I could give you instead if you'd like.

Trek 69er L

$500 USD
Originally called the 69er 3x9, but I took off the large ring and but a 36t in place of the middle. It's been a great bike and I'll admit that it's been through a lot. I've replaced a lot of the components on it, including the handlebar, fork, crank, and things to keep it working well such as the bottom bracket, rear wheel, etc. the brakes and tires have been replaced, but it's been sitting for a while and so it could use new tires. The brakes are alright, but I'd recommend getting new ones. I'm asking 500 as is or we can work a deal to swap out the brakes and tires. Besides that, the chain has been replaced recently and it's working well. This bike would be great for somebody just getting into the sport, as today it would be equivalent to about a 1,200 dollar bike new. When I bought it new it was about 2,000. It's strong and durable as well, and can take more of a beating than the 600 dollar XC bikes you'll find new. I put on a Rockshox Reba RL, and so it's even better than the original fork that came with it. Just to clarify, it does have a 26 inch rear wheel and a 29 inch front. And yes, it's supposed to be that way. Best of both worlds, in my opinion. The name is Andrew, let me know if you're interested or have any questions!
