Crash replacement - Rules
Weeze Bike Components would like to offer a possibility of replacing damaged parts, using the Crash replacement program, under several conditions:
1. Products which may be replaced:
- Alloy Chain guides
- Carbon Chain guides
- „Steel” chainrings
- Axles – all types
- „Top Caps”
2. Damage caused by normal operation and wear, such as: scratches, abrasions, etc. are not covered by the program.
3. Crash replacement allows you to buy new, the same part [oem], in 50% of price. Weeze Company reserves the right to send back a new model of received part, if the received one is no longer produced.
4. Replacement is offered only to the first owner, in one year time from the date of purchase.
5. Damage made in purpose does not give the holder the right to use the Crash replacement program.
