Bird Aeris v1.5, 650b, Carbon rims, Cane Creek DB Air

$2300 GBP
I've had this bike since the May 2016 (£3374 new) and it's been awesome! It's been well maintained and has had a new rear mech after I hit the last one on a rock. The full spec is bellow, please mail me with any questions and I'll do my best to get back to you ASAP with an answer. Bird bikes are made in the same factory as Santa Cruz's aluminium bikes and the quality is exactly the same. The bike is in perfect working condition and has recently been serviced. Minor paint chips on the down tube near the bottom bracket and on the drive side seat stay from chain slap, both visible in the photos. This has been my second Aeris and Bird have always been awesome and have dealt with any problems right away (none with this bike). While I had my original bike I was on holiday in France and one of the spokes pulled through the carbon rim. Bird FedExed me a replacement wheel complete with tyre overnight which kept me riding on holiday and then replaced the rim and rebuilt the wheel once I was back in the UK. Their customer service is incredible; genuinely never had service like it! The bike comes with a LIFETIME warranty which is transferable to the new owner so once a sale is agreed I'll send your details to Bird and introduce you so they have your details should you have any issues in the future, you won’t! The tubeless Carbon wheels have been brilliant, they are light, run true, no dents or dings and look awesome. They are from Stechfield cycles, Setch was Dan Atherton's mechanic for a year so knows what he is doing and the wheels have been mega, I would keep them if my new bike didn't take boost size hubs. I can't remember their exact dimensions but it's about a 30mm internal width, which gives an awesome tyre profile. The Hope pro 4 hubs are awesome and the rear sounds mega. Despite what Pinkbike says I'm in Kinloss in Scotland and not Sailsbury. Pick up or postage. Frame: Bird Aeris v1.5, Medium, 2016, 150/140 mm travel, Yellow Fork: Pike RCT3 150 mm, Black Shock: Cane Creak Double Barrel Air CS, with climb switch Wheels: Tubeless Carbon Setchfield Cycles rims on Black Hope Pro 4 hubs (£799 new) Rotor F: Shimano 200 mm ice-tech rotor Rotor R: Shimano 180 mm ice-tech rotor Tyre Fr: Maxxis High Roller 2, tubeless, 3C compound, EXO, TR Tyre Rr: Maxxis High Roller 2, tubeless, hard compound, Dh casing Headset: Cane Creek CC40 Stem: Race Face Atlas 35, 50mm length Bars: Race Face Atlas 35, Black, 20 mm rise, 780 mm width Grips: Race Face Half Nelson, Black Brakes: Shimano XT Black. Pinkbike Awards: Male Athlete of the Year Winner
I'm just going to leave this here (http://fittish.deadspin.com/motorized-doping-explained-your-guide-to-the-weirdest-1756435151) and ask one question. Has anyone seen a video him going around that tight flat corner before the straight? It was in the race coverage for most of the other riders but not his.

PRICE DROP Bird Aeris 650b, Carbon rims, Cane Creak DB

$2000 GBP
I've had this bike since the end of March 2015 (£3123 new) and it's been awesome! It's been well maintained and has had new pivot bolts from Bird and a new rear tyre. The full spec is bellow, please mail me with any questions and I'll do my best to get back to you ASAP with an answer. Bird bikes are made in the same factory as Santa Cruz's aluminium bikes and the quality is exactly the same. The bike is in perfect working condition and has recently been serviced. Minor paint rub on the left hand chain stay (visible in the photo) from my shoe and the red adjuster knob on the bottom of the folk leg is scuffed but function is unaffected. Bird have been awesome and have dealt with any problems. This was one of the first production bikes to be sold to the public and initially I had issues with the shock bolt working lose however they shipped custom bolts to all owners and I've not had a problem since. While on holiday this summer in France one of the spokes pulled through the carbon rim. Bird FedExed me a replacement wheel complete with tyre overnight which kept me riding on holiday and then replaced the rim and rebuilt the wheel once I was back in the UK. Their customer service is incredible; genuinely never had service like it! The bike came with a LIFETIME warranty which is transferable to the new owner so once a sale is agreed I'll send your details to Bird and introduce you so they have your details should you have any issues in the future, you won’t! The tubeless Carbon wheels have been brilliant, they are light, run true, no dents or dings and look awesome. I did have a spoke pull through a rim but Bird sorted it out and having spoken to them, it is the first rim they have had fail for a manufacture problem and only the second rim to fail at all! The rims are made in the same factory as the Specilized carbon Roval rims (which retail for £1200) and have very similar dimensions, 35mm external and 29mm internal, which gives an awesome tyre profile. The DT Swiss 350 SP hubs are awesome and the rear has been upgraded to a 36 tooth ratchet for mega quick pick up. The bike is currently set up with dual front rings however I can convert to a proper 1x10 set up if you wish. Frame: Bird Aeris, Medium, 2015, 150/140 mm travel, Green Fork: Pike RCT3 150 mm, Black Shock: Cane Creak Double Barell Air CS, with climb switch Wheels: Tubeless Bird Carbon 350AM, rear rim is brand new and only ridden once. DT Swiss 350 straight pull hubs with bladed spokes and 36 tooth ratchet upgrade in the rear. Rotor F: Shimano 200 mm Rotor R: Shimano 180 mm Tyre Fr: Maxxis Standard High Roller, 60a hard compound, dual ply, tubeless Tyre Rr: WTB Vigilante, dual ply, tubeless Headset: Cane Creak CC40 Stem: Race Face Atlas 35, 50mm length Bars: Race Face Atlas 35, Black, 20 mm rise, 800 mm width Grips: Race Face Half Nelson, Black Brakes: Shimano XT Black. Separate brake leaver and shifters Shifter L: Shimano XT, 2 speed Shifter R: Shimano XT, 10 speed Mech Fr: Shimano SLX, 2 speed (option for 1x10, thick/thin chain ring) Mech Rr Shimano XT, 10 speed BB: Shimano XTR BB93 Chainset: Shimano XT 2x Black. 38/24 Cassette: Shimano XT 11-36 Chain: Shimano SLX Seatpost: RockShox Reverb Stealth, 125mm drop, right hand lever mounted upside down on the left Saddle: Charge Spoon, Black Seat Clamp: Hope Bolt, Black Chain Device: Blackspire Twinty (2x Trail), Black

Specilized Enduro EVO

$800 GBP
Brand new never ridden crash replacement frame. I've had the 2012 version of this bike for two years and used it from everything from trail centres in the UK, local xc rides, DH uplift days and DH and single track holidays in the Alps. It was an awesome bike until the X-Fusion rear shock snapped and caused a dent in the frame. Specialized replaced the frame straight away (5 year warranty) with a 2014 frame with a Fox shock. I'm reluctantly selling the bike due to a change in circumstance. I still have all the parts from the previous build and can include some/all if you wish (message me to discuss). Frame: Medium, M5 aluminium, EVO geometry, tapered headtube, PF30 BB, ISCG '05 mount, internal Command Post BlackLite routing, 142+ dropouts, sealed cartridge bearing pivots, replaceable derailleur hanger, 180mm travel Rear shock: Custom FOX VAN R, coil w/ piggy back, reb adj., 8.75x2.5", Spring weight: 500. Happy to discuss other available parts and delivery.
