 These guys are wild. If anyone is in the sea to sky and hasn't done an Into the Gnar day with Yoann I highly recommend it. One of those most fun days i've had on a bike!

 I would 11/10 watch a Netflix show in a buddy cop style with these 2 roadtripping through North America hitting various spots and terrain.

Season 2 is them doing the same thing but in Europe, Ep. 1 starts in France.

 The French Connection was Academy and Golden Globe winning. Just saying.

@remymetailler & @yoannbarelli = Accent Level Infinity

 and Alex behind the camera is french too :-)

 @nobrain: Je ne sais pas...the unsung hero, forgotten again as they so often wield the spotlight rather than bask in it.

Also, I just ran out of grade 12 French.

 I really love the interaction between Remy and Yoann and hope they do more Into the Gnar videos together. Their different perspectives to tackling trail is awesome. Yoann with his race style and Remy with his freestyle steeze. They have great chemistry also - a little friendly ribbing and encouragement between the two. They're like how my friends and I when we look at a feature for the first time.

 Ray : "the first time I do something I usually go slow"
when you put that in perspective with his rampage runs, you get those kind of guys are great professionals. Slow, visualise, analyze, have confidence, try, improve and then Full gaz. They do work hard.

 Guys, that was soooo good! Now, we want some weekly "baguette ride with Raymond". Smile Merci les gars, trop drôle et super intéressant, comme toujours !

 This was awesome! So cool to be able to compare and contrast the different approaches to problem solving on these big features. It was great to both learn and do a lot of giggling while watching this!

 Yoann...the videos are amazing... but Raymond ... but .. your bike sponsor needs to brighten .. showcase their bike brand on your videos ... Ray Ray Met Metalier (?spelling is wrong?) has his sponsors bike brand visible on your video ... not your fault for not doing this .. but your sponsor does not illuminate their brand on your frame. ask them for more decals to help us see your bike better.

 @Ba1rog: I don`t know if they would be ``funnier``in french, probably, probably not; english doesn`t seem to be a handicap for them anyway as they can keep on being natural and spontaneous.

From my perspective, as a french, their accent is kind of ``too much``but I know a majority of people like it -THE french accent in general - even if I`ve never understood why to tell the truth...Smile

 @Ba1rog: Fromage, merde. Je ne sais pas.

 @suspended-flesh: Add Baguette, Omelette du fromage and the classic voulez-vous coucher avec moi.
  • 1 0
 @Ba1rog: Oh oui, je hella parlez Le Creuset
  • 1 0
 Franchement, c'est fluide quand même, ça fait pas mal aux oreilles. Et puis le côté spontané et en même temps plutôt... gnarly (au secours!) de cette vid c'est top.

 @danstonQ: Zut alors!

les fléaux ont toujours engendré l'extrémisme
  • 2 2
 @danstonQ: Yeah i understand the stereotypes, plus as a Savoisien/ part French I had to pay the price when I was a server in Canada. Few Americans asked me if I had water and electricity in my place near Switzerland lol. Obviously, I was professional and say no even if I am from Evian and said my family had its first car 100 years ago.

For the Americans/Canadians reading me, Remember your independency cost us a revolution. WE had to sacrifice our economy to help you guys. So STFU when you say we are surrenders monkeys, learn and open your mind !

 Remy - Where is the exit? Yoann - Its left or right. And we never see Remy again.

 Those two need a bromance name for when they ride together...maybe “Roann Metalli”?
  • 4 0
 if this trail is 'double black' in Squamish, then it's triple black or quadruple black where i live!
  • 2 0
 Yep...can comfirm! I tried it a couple years ago and it didn't work out well Razz These guys sure make it look easy!

No slabs where I live, and apparently I'm terrible at it. There's a steep learning curve (no pun intended) to managing your speed and riding them well that I still have yet to figure out.

  • 1 0
 Yeah, it would be fantastic if they did that more often, coincidentally, of course . @Remy, I don't repeat the request 12 times ...
  • 1 0
 Yeah, this was so good. 24:00 was a great reminder that even two super-skilled and accomplished riders have different riding styles and would approach the drop differently.

 So rad, I can never keep these guys apart in my head awesome to see them together Smile
