Bike Check: Nino Schurter's Custom 10-Time World Champion Scott Spark RC
Note that he's running a 38T chainring, compared to 32 or 34T for us mortals.

Review: Trek's 2023 Fuel EX-e Is Light & Nearly Completely Silent
Full size handles like a tank on the descents. I've ridden a full-fat Levo, and frankly it's way overpowered for climbing and sucks for descending. A bike like this would be enough assist on the climbs and supposedly feels like a normal bike when going down, which is what most anyone would prefer.

This looks awesome. The lightweight trail bike space is one I'm watching super closely; I'd been looking hard at the Orbea Rise but now it might be in second place. I'm kind of amazed at all of the negative comments and claims that there aren't really use cases for this. For me, this would help me keep up with all the faster riders I usually don't ride with, and for solo rides this would easily double the distance I can cover for the same amount of effort. Both feel like huge wins to me.

1:38 and 2:46 were both straight up suicides. What on earth are these riders thinking?

Pinkbike Poll: Are You Open To Electronics On Your Bike?
@majunior: Completely wrong. You don't need the app to ride, nor even to adjust the drivetrain. You can happily ride with and adjust AXS components without a phone.

Yeah, at first glance I thought I was looking at an Occam, but the rear suspension is set up differently. Top tube is a dead ringer though.

Review: 2022 Santa Cruz Heckler MX - The Battery Powered Bronson
Absolutely. I've ridden a Levo and found that it's too much assist (even when dialed down) for climbing and too heavy and chunky when descending. The Rise and Levo SL are both much more appealing.

Now Finished: Ask Us Anything with Norco Bicycles
What are your thoughts on light-weight, lower-powered e-bikes like the Levo SL? I've found the full power, 50+ lb e-bikes handle poorly on descents and I don't need so much assist. Is this something Norco might pursue?
