Telling Yuri's Story
Yoga has many limbs and some of them can make you incredibly strong- ashtanga being a great example. Speaking to your point about mental preparedness yoga is excellent for that as well. Lastly I have found yoga really helps me be in the moment and appreciate life no matter what is or is not going on.
