Rocky Mountain Instinct BC / Pipeline Frame This listing is for a one-owner Rocky Mountain Instinct BC / Pipeline frame (2018). This bike was originally built up as the Pipeline (as the frame name notes), which was Rocky Mountain Bicycle's 140/140 travel 27.5+ bike. The Instinct, Instinct BC, and Pipeline all share the same frame, with adjustments coming from the flip chip to allow for longer travel. In 2020 this bike was updated to the Instinct BC specifications, featuring the updated headset for 29er geo/160 mm fork up front, & a Fox Factory DPX2 (155mm rear travel) in the rear. This Performance Elite DPS is a takeoff from a Rocky Mountain Instinct C70. This has all the Factory level valving and adjustments but no Kashima. Low time, excellent condition and is complete with the top standard bushing and the Rocky Mountain Ride 9 bushing on the bottom. This a plug and play upgrade for any Rocky that came with the performance shock. It will fit any bike that uses the metric 210 X 55 size. Fox tune code is DD5M. PM with questions, etc. I have had this off my bike since 2020 when I installed a DPX2 on my bike, but serviced it and kept it around in case I needed to remove my shock for service. Never ended up having to use it as my local shop started running day in/out shock service. Shock is mechanically sound with no scratches on the body/sanctions.
