Mike Montgomery unveils "The California Roll". A nothing combined with a body varial, it's definitely sick. Mike first learned the basics into the 365 Sports Big Air Bag and then once he had it semi dialed it was off to the mulch pit.  This trick isn't new, as been pulled of on bmx and on MX! It's a body varial. It's like the M/M 360, he can't give new names to things that allready exist. The M/M 360 is a 360 superman seat grab indian air and now the ''callifornia roll'' (lol) is a body varial. Huge props for montgomery for pulling the sport so far, but he can't give those existent tricks a new name. Just my opinion, not for criticise enyone

 Yeah I mean first on mtb, not first ever. I don't want to sound whiny, especially since I can't do it, but Kyle Loza did this in 2006 on a dirtbike. Its called the volt.

 thats 'the Volt' kyle loza in motocross best trick x-games was one of the first guys to do it on two wheels, this is inovation, but changing the name? ill be calling it the volt Smile or a body varial.
