Shreddin with his best friend at the dirt jumps he shredded the day before at the Halloween jump jam. He over shot the jump, and snapped the cross bar on his handle bars at the weld. When he landed he landed on his neck and shoulder, it broke his neck and he never woke up from it. I filmed him the day before at the same place. Here's that video if you haven't seen it yet.http://www.pinkbike.com/video/165545/

i have so much respect, it is so sad to see someone go like that. at least he got to shred some amazing trails and went doing what he loves to do. my thought and prayers are with his family and friends!

R.I.P. Why do such nice people have to die, i don't get it. (And for the controllers of pink bike: make this VOD in honor of Luke!)

Beautiful video in rememberance to a very young spectacular rider full of talent. His riding is so pure and free with an ease of enjoyment, it was a blessing to watch he skills flowy through you videos.A part of me feels like his riding has be let loose to enhance those who wish to ride!!!

R.I.P Luke i dont evan know what to say it sucks man he was only 17 and had mad skills on a bike and for something as freak as that to happen...it sucks...like a comment from the halloween jam said i feel worse when i hear about a fellow rider than someone in a car crash or something riders are like connected together so we all feel the pain together...anyway soor for the loss may he rest in peace
