Tire is a core strength tool... flip over and over... like a scoop... similar exercise in football training....
... and thanx for the series of vids man. My left hip and shoulder were effed in an accident at the start of last season... no breaks, but fractures and torn ligaments a plenty. These are similar to physio, but with more focus on restrengthening... I like!

Graet video James. Do you have any tips on anckle and foot recovery and strength. Broke mine 2 years ago and it's still not feeling right. Thanks
