SEALED BIKE DRIVE

Wanted a mountain bike with sealed drive so I built my own, this in ment modifing the frame and redesigning the gearing mechanism

this has real potential. obviously at the moment it is fairly damn chunky, but if that could be refined a little then this could be interesting. only downside is added unsprung weight and un-even side to side weight distibution.

Thanks for coments Less unsprung weight than standard rear mech as can run with less chain than standard mech So the added sealed casing weight less than removed weight Yes does need refined a bit

Yes looking for frame manufacturer to take up idea as needed to modify frame to get gearing working in low profile setting
Do you know any frame builders that would be interested?

Yes well not that similar as my design used low profile Derailluar not a gears hub and all the problems of unsprung weight and lower efficency.
