 Thank you so much for the video. You see I live nearby and I had just started learning how to ride a pump track and have always wondered how it looks like if someone were to ride this track properly but never found any riders riding the track nor any videos on the track on youtube. I had started to wonder if it was possible for me, with my limited riding skills, to be able to pump on this track at all. Till I see this video. What do you think of the track and can you spare some tips on how to ride it? I'm gonna study the video over and over again till I could ride like that. Thanks again man.

 Have fun, even if you can not pump the whole track a mixture of pump and pedal might make it more fun, then you will spend more time there and you will get better. The more time you are on a track, the more you know it and the more fun it is.
I found that the track was faster one way, I can not remember what way it was, probably the way I filmed it. Ride it both ways it might be easier for you to ride it a different way than me.
Body position and how your body reacts is important, pumping on a bike is a lot like pumping on a swing set, as you come up the roller you want your body to (arms and legs) to bring the bike up towards you as you go down the roller you want to push the bike with your arms and legs away from you.
you want to use the roller to gain speed or to keep up your momentum, berms are also important for keeping your speed up, you want to exit the corner as fast if not faster than you went in.
Practice will help a lot. And having fun helps a lot, even your bike will help, add a little extra pressure to your tires, lock out your fork, lock your rear suspension if you have it, rear suspension makes steals a lot of your pump and makes it harder to get around. lock out or stiff rear suspension will help. tires that roll easier will help ... lots of factors, but most important have fun, sneak in a pedal stroke here and there until you get comfortable pumping all the way around.

 Thanks for the tips Rob! Thanks for taking the time to reply too. Really appreciate this. The swing set analogy is quite interesting. I did change my old XC tires for a new set of Larsen TT 2.0 and it really, really helped. I was able to do half a lap without pedaling (pathetic I know but I'm getting there) as opposed to not even getting to the 3rd rollers without a crank. As I spend more time there, the stuff I saw and tried to understand on youtube started to make more sense little by little but your video is still very much my reference. I also found some weakness in my riding especially my legs. My thigh would burn before I complete the lap which makes it hard to relax. Weak legs I've got so more training is required. But I bet the main reason is my body position is still wrong. Gotta remember to do the 'sitting on a chair' position like Lee McCormack said in his clinic video on the next session. Or maybe my bike is not set up properly. I do sneak in a pedal here and there and change my leading foot to counter my thigh burn at the moment. You might notice that nobody really rides that track there so its really great to have the pump track (its called 'Thrill Park - Beginner' there btw) all to myself.
