That is an excellent setup you built, great job on the run in to the jump (perfect speed as you mentioned)! Certainly the landing might get a bit hairy once you get comfortable on the jump and really start sending it - please keep the vids and pics coming!

Looks rad man. Nice quarter will be sweet. Just an idea, but have you thought of making it an elbow hip just to be a bit different? Obviously not an option but a tight berm out of that would also rock. Genuinely though one of if not the nicest riding box i have seen. Spot on! Also a rad garden setup

cheers james, by elbow hip you mean put a tranny 90 deg to the lip?, id have to have a really tight berm to do that but i really want a hip so im thinking of whether i can put another lip in to the left of the box and have a 45deg hip land into the same landing. Going for a 6ft quarter about 12 ft wide and im going bowl it in the bottom left corner of the garden so i can either air the quarter or rail the corner like a berm. then volcano on the way back joined onto the side of the box, give me plenty of transfer options cuz iv also got a path going down the left of the garden. haha probably confused you by now

elbow hip is basically like a hip that is more like an air. so like a 170 degree hip, or 150, something like that. Other option would be go the other way and slam in a pocket air, that is like a reflex hip so say 200 degree angle on the hip? Or just build it like a bowl section that could be aired or railed?
The volcano does sound sweet, cant beat a good volcano, not too short, not too long, just comfy and kicky. Only thing i dont get is how you would fit the 45 degree hip? or where it is actually going? Trails influence in this is definitely good. Also make sure to space the volcano for loads of transfers with the box. Final word would be a step up back onto the roof for a loop?
