Please take care of your brain!!! Don't rush a return from a concussion - it will catch up with you big time later in life if you don't let your brain rest and recover properly!!!! I know it doesn't make sense to you young, invincible riders now, but trust me - it will catch up with you. Please protect your head and neck and recovery fully before returning!!

togeone is totally right. a concussion isn't just hitting your head it's a legit brain injury and can mess you up. plus once you get one it makes your likely hood of getting another one wayyyyy more easy. take care of your brains kids.

just got hit in football and i got out of a neck brace after about a month in one i had a major concussion and today is my first day back on my bike
