 Took it out at "Outerbike" in Moab last year and it was the best ride of all the bikes I test rode on the same trails ,took my trailfox 01 over with me to ride around Hurricane after ,but missed the dixon and still do ,I think
you're right both build fantastic bikes with quality ,and knowing what is good leads to similarities

 god this guy must get bored repeating that the bikes have been made using a bladder for the down tube and an insert for the bb area

Maybe a 650b carbon version for 2014/15?
