Con Crew and Valley View NCG Ride
A NCG shuttle day......A return to our roots, so to speak. Ukiah's Valley View trail system, and especially Convict Crew Trail a firebreak chute featured in the first 3 minutes. Its a mostly 35-40 degree slope, the camera does a poor job of showing how steep it is, but ask anyone who's ridden it, it will make ya pucker.

The ruts where at least 3ft deep in spots. I don't really know how to eliminate that though. Fall-line chute trails like that are just destine to get rutted. Maybe some waterbars, we could make them dual purpose water removal/jumps. Also making a ramp to drop off might help, like over the turn at 2:08. Valley View was as prime as it gets, I felt at the edge of speed limit, it was SO fun. We will hook up soon, just keep me informed of you plans. We've added some new groups and I feel like NorCal is on the verge of a serious groth spurt.
