Sound effects were like indigestion from the bowls of the earth. Potato pancakes are very tasty. I like em fried with lots of oil to make them crispy. trails look sweet! Hows the ribs? You appear to be riding with style. Are you back to 100%?

Ribs are good, back to maybe 80% there is still pain like a deep bruise.

I didn't have oil, I made the potato cakes at home then just re-fried them out on the trail.
There was enough oil in them and they came out good. The wind was super chilly so eating the hot soup and potato cakes really made me happy!

I liked this song a lot, it has a super funky feeling to it! hahahha

I always have to climb to the top so after 2 hours of climbing and when the wind is super chilly, having some hot lunch is awesome. The Potato pancakes came out super good and where east to do. I must do again. Then the soup is always healthy and easy. My kit is light and very easy to use! Yes, I would love to do a horror movie, but I would need some extras. In this video, if I had another rider with me I could have been more creative! hahahhah RideOn Matey!

i think the extra little effort of making a hot snack/meal and drink, stop the calling comfort of home, it adds warmth and energy and allows more fun to be had. your potato pancake looked delicious as did your soup, got a recipe for me to try bro?
im sure im not alone in wanting you to make a horror biking movie!! Wink

 Baggyferret!
Yes, I have many recipes for you buddy!

The soup:
450ml water
A handful of cooked chicken and steamed broccoli.
A hand full of dried rolled oatmeal.
A spoonful of chopped bacon fried to a crisp in olive oil then put in the fridge for the oil to coagulate.
One vegetable stock cube.(bouillon, consomme)
A spoon full of dill and basil.
Then you can add whatever else you like, maybe some cumin or red pepper for spice.

The potato pancakes;
First make mash potatoes.
Steam not boil 4-6 regular white potatoes with 2 cloves of garlic, two carrots grated, and one onion chopped.
Once steamed, mash everything adding some soy-milk, butter, salt and pepper to you liking.

Then the next morning with the leftover mash potatoes add an egg and about a cup of flour and a teaspoon of baking soda.
Mix everything while adding soy-milk to get the right consistency.

Last fry them in a frypan with olive oil or butter and eat what you want.
The leftovers put in the fridge and take with you on your next trail ride.
Beings they are already cooked you just need to fry them in a small pan until they are crispy.
Super delicious!

Niko is one of those nice zombies, not even trying to casually eat your brain while you're out riding...he's such a good little zombie, he even brings his own lunch and never leaves a mess behind...if all the zombies could take notice out there, it would be a better world...hahaha...cheers...
