after work ride

Did 1 run down the trail after working all day, eating very little then being stuck behind an accident on the motorway for nearly an hour. Got there and cycled along the fireroad only to discover how tired I was, did 1 run then threw up and headed back to the car. #dontdoitonanemptystomach
