The Yak Attack Fatbike Challenge, 2015

My experience racing the worlds highest mtb race in Nepal, The Yak Attack. I chose to race on a fat bike to enhance the challenge and help raise awareness for the ongoing recovery in Nepal after the April 2015 Earthquake. Check out www.nepalcyclist.com to see how the Nepali mtb community are helping

Awesome , I have been looking at this event for a while now , have finally decided to it , but was concerned that I was maybe too old " 52" until I saw another competitor around my age , I like the idea of also raising funds for the earthquake victims and giving something back rather than just go there and race the event

No you'll be fine mate, age is only a number. There was an Austrian guy this year who came 6th overall and he was in his late 50s or early 60s!! He was a weapon!!! It's an amazing race that you will love.
