Rachel Atherton Revs Day Entry

Im Laura, 27. I started racing 2 years ago. I planned to race some BDSs this season but I had a crash about a year ago and couldnt ride DH for 10 months. Physically Im healed now but I didnt expect my injury to have such a mental impact. I think this day would help me get my confidence back with the coaching & mental preparation elements, I could do with some help with that at the moment.
