Remembering Oxford Falls - Sydney's Freeride Mecca
For over 20 years, the Oxford Falls Freeride Trails have been one of Australia's most iconic Freeride spot. Unfortunately, in July 2016, the land owners took action to close the whole site and bulldoze the jumps. These are the unpsoken voices of the locals. Though the trails are gone, they will certainly never be forgotten.

most likely a liability issue. if someone falls and gets hurt they can sue the landowners for "not having safe facilities" to ride

@andrewgiesbrecht: Nope. Because there's Aboriginal carvings on the site. None of which have ever been near any of the trails.

We have a couple of different theories, but their explanation they gave us was that they dont want anyone on the land anymore, no one anywhere near the carvings and to regenerate the bushland.
